Before commencing any work we would set out agreed expectations in a 'terms of reference' detailing:

  assignment scope
  value add/contribution from Neil
  fee basis

 

During the assignment we would manage your expectations through providing regular progress updates covering:

  looking back - achievements since last report
  current situation - concerns and issues to escalate, together with options to help resolve
  looking forward - work planned for the next period
  financial status - actual to budget and forecast outturn.

 

Post-assignment we would conduct a debrief review to evaluate:

  achievement of objectives
  quality of process
  learnings for the future
